Refund Policy
Effective May 6, 2026
We want you happy with Skillwright. If it's not the right tool for you, you have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Forward your purchase receipt to hello@skillwright.app.
- Tell us if there's anything we could have done better — optional.
- We process the refund through our payment provider within 2 business days. The money usually lands back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your license
When the refund clears, our payment provider fires a webhook that disables your license key. The next time Skillwright checks your license key, the app will block paid features. You're welcome to reinstall and re-purchase any time.
After 14 days
We don't offer refunds outside the 14-day window. If you hit a critical bug or the app stops working through no fault of yours, email us anyway — we will make it right.
Founding Member refunds
Founding licenses are refundable on the same 14-day terms. If you refund a Founding license and later want to come back, you may not be able to claim another founding seat — they are limited.
